• Sundried Tomato Dijon Pasta Salad - Rotini Pasta, broccoli, red onion, black olives and peppers in a delicious dijon dressing with julienne strips of sundried tomatoes. Served on a bed of green leaf lettuce.
• Chicken Caprese Salad - Grilled chicken breast marinated in basil vinaigrette atop romaine lettuce with sliced red ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Served with basil vinaigrette dressing.
• Chef’s Choice Chopped Salad - Romaine lettuce with chopped tomato, cucumber, turkey, ham and cheese. Your choice of dressing – ranch, italian, honey dijon or balsamic vinaigrette.
